We hold a complementarian view to ordain qualified men to serve in the office of Pastor - Elder - Overseer. We believe in a church model based on active mission minded small groups, called "Missional Community." Where pastor and teacher is responsible to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12). We believe that a church that trains both men and women to serve both inside and outside the church, led by qualified lay Chaplains can experience multiplication of ministry.

We believe that men and women may be called and ordained to serve as effective lay professional Chaplains. Primarily serving as the hands and feet of Jesus to a hurting and lost people, both inside and outside the church. The Chaplain practices a ministry of presence, extends hospitality and respect to all people, loves everyone, learns to listen to understand, and shares the gospel as led by the Holy Spirit but without pushing faith on others unwanted. We are guided by 1 Peter 3:15 in our work.
