Core Values assessment

This assessment is a valuable tool in knowing yourself and understanding why you do the things you do. You will be driven by what you value most. Christian Core Values describe your motivation for the things important to you. When used as a tool for team building you can make sure all members of your team share Core Values in common. This assures greater success in developing an effective ministry, small group, work team, or any people on mission together with Christ.

Core Values Assessment. This helps you understand why you do the things you do. You may find yourself frequently speaking before a group or teaching a lesson. Maybe you may find yourself working behind the scenes doing tangible acts of service. You do the things you do because you have some core values that drive you to do them. When you participate on a team, a missional community, or small group, it is imperative that you learn how to partner with others who share at least some core values. Without shared core values, your people will never agree on what to do.

Personality and Temperament Assessment (We use The Christian DISC). This helps you understand why you act the way you do. God created you with a unique personality. You respond to your circumstances based on your temperament.

Spiritual Gifts Assessment. This helps you understand what God is preparing you to do. As a believer, you have the Holy Spirit who brings spiritual gifts into your life. The purpose is to equip you for the work and ministry that God had in mind for you when he first thought of creating you.

Leadership Style Assessment. Essentially leadership is influence. Since all believers are called to "Make disciples," we are therefor called to influence people toward progress and growth at walking the walk we talk. All Christians are leaders. Some are primary leaders and others are hidden leaders. But everyone should be leading someone toward Christ and helping them make progress at living for Him. Do you know your best leadership style?
