Application fee of $75 for first time students, paid to Christian Chaplains & Coaching is not refundable. The $300 Corporate Site is payable prior to the first day of class. It is refundable up to the first class. After that there is no refund of this corporate site fee.
If class is cancelled by us or by ICPT.EDU the student will receive a full refund of all fees, but not the application fee. If an application is rejected, the student will be refunded all fees paid, but not the application fee.
Once approved by our ministry for placement, students then complete the process at ICPT.EDU. First time applicants pay $75 to ICPT one time only. Standard tuition of $1,235 is also payable to ICPT.EDU.
A student withdraws before the first scheduled class will receive a full refund of the ICPT tuition cost of $1,235, but not the application fee.
Other refunds of the ICPT course tuition will be made as follows:
- Student withdraws during the first week of the unit – The student will be refunded 90% of the ICPT tuition paid, less the application fee.
- Student withdraws beginning of the second week of the unit through the end of the sixth week (12th week for part-time units) a pro rata portion of the ICPT tuition for the unit and 10% of the unearned tuition, less the application fee.
- After the sixth week (12th week for part-time units) – There is no refund. The student is responsible for all tuition and fees.
- Refunds will be processed by ICPT within 45 days from the date of determination via the method of payment utilized by the student (e.g. debit/credit card or check (if applicable). We are not responsible for lost checks.
