refund policy

Application fee of $150 is not refundable. 

If class is cancelled by us or by ICPT.EDU the student will receive a full refund of tuition paid. 

If an application is rejected, the student will be refunded any tuition paid, but not the application fee. 

A student who withdraws before the first scheduled class, a full refund of tuition will be paid, less the application fee. 

Other refunds will be made as follows:

  1. Student withdraws during the first week of the unit – The student will be refunded 90% of the tuition paid, less the application fee. 
  2. Student withdraws beginning of the second week of the unit through the end of the sixth week (12th week for part-time units) a pro rata portion of the tuition for the unit and 10% of the unearned tuition, less the application fee. 
  3. After the sixth week (12th week for part-time units) – There is no refund. The student is responsible for all tuition and fees.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 45 days from the date of determination via the method of payment utilized by the student (e.g. debit/credit card or check (if applicable). We are not responsible for lost checks.




policy for withdrawing (removing) a student

A student will be withdrawn from the course for failures described below:

  • Failure to attend two (2) consecutive video group meetings; and/or
  • Failure to attend two (2) weekly supervisory coaching sessions; and/or
  • Failure to log into the ICPT Learning Center for two (2) consecutive weeks; and/or
  • Failure to attend and post on the discussion board in the ICPT Learning Center for two (2) consecutive weeks; and/or
  • Failure to submit two (2) consecutive required assignments; and/or
  • Failure to comply with ICPT policies and procedures.
