Marcus has been married for over 25 years and has 7 children with his wife Jennifer.  He was the Vice President of Academics and Administration for 15 years at a Bible College in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He is the Founder and President of Workforce Chaplains.  He earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies in 2001 and a Master of Divinity in 2004.  Marcus has pastored 3 churches and enjoys preaching, teaching, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
